The Work.

Responsible for supporting the Supports for Success project activities in Kingston (Cradle to Employment): engaging with community network collaboratives, organizational partners, and creating allies and champions for the project, and when research activities occur, help to mobilize and recruit participants from organizations and from the community at large. Act as the main contact responsible for sharing information from the project and facilitating feedback from community stakeholders, partners, and participants, including youth. Duties around event planning, outreach and promotion, and discussion facilitation at community events. Conducted interviews with leaders in child and youth services, focus groups with parents and youth, and two indigenous sharing circles with parents and youth. Preliminary analysis of meta-themes.
